Pasta casserole with ham and peas

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Spiral noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 1 glass (314 ml/ separation weight: 155 g) Chanterelles
  • 250 ml Cremefine for cooking
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Instant vegetable stock
  • 1-2 tablespoons (6 g each) sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 100 g cooked ham, in wafer-thin slices
  • 25 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Add peas 4 minutes before the end of cooking time. Drain the chanterelles. Put creme and 350 ml water in a pot, bring to the boil, add broth.

    Stir in the sauce thickener and simmer for about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into rings. Put something aside for garnishing, stir the rest into the sauce.

    Drain the pasta, let it drain. Mix in the chanterelles. Grease casserole dish. Pour the pasta mixture, sauce and ham into the dish. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes.

    Sprinkle with chives put aside.
