Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel garlic and chop finely. Clean, wash and finely dice the bell peppers. Heat tbsp. oil in a frying pan, fry sausage for about 3 minutes while turning, remove. Add onions, garlic and paprika, fry briefly while turning.
Add the tomato paste and sweat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Deglaze with tomatoes and stock, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. In the meantime prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Cut the sausage into slices, add to the sauce, heat again and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Pour the pasta into a sieve, drain. Arrange sausage goulash and noodles sprinkled with parsley.
