Pancakes with minced meat filling

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 big red pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 Stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 1 TABLESPOON oil + something for the pan
  • 175 g mixed mince
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 8-10 Tbsp sweet-spicy chili sauce (bottle)

Directions

    Mix eggs, flour and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Let the dough swell for about 10 minutes.

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into short strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop except for something to garnish.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the minced meat on a high heat until crumbly brown. Fry onion and bell pepper for 4-5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and 1 tbsp. chilli sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Stir in the parsley.

    Brush a pan with some oil and heat it up. Pour in about 1/4 dough and bake a thin pancake. Keep warm. Bake 3 more pancakes of the remaining dough one after the other.

    Spread 1/4 minced meat in the middle of each pancake. Fold the sides slightly overlapping over the mince. Garnish with parsley. Add the rest of the chilli sauce.
