Bruschetta 4x different: Shrimp-Lime

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 8 Baguette slices
  • 1 Lime
  • 24 (à 20 g; without head and skin) raw prawns
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Lemon oil

Directions

    Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the baguette slices in it until golden brown on both sides. Take them out and let them drip off on kitchen paper. Wash the lime and grate the peel.

    Halve the lime and squeeze the juice from one half. Wash the shrimps, dab dry. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the prawns and season with salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon lime juice.

    Remove the prawns and cut them into large pieces. Add lime zest. Wash the coriander and pluck off the leaves and add to the prawns. Add lemon oil and season with salt. Spread the prawns on the bread and garnish with coriander.
