Pan-fried vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 red and yellow peppers (200 g each)
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g Spring onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 potty Basil

Directions

    Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut the peppers into cubes. Halve mushrooms. Cut spring onions into bite-sized pieces. Peel garlic, press it through the press or dice it very finely.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the garlic in it. Add prepared vegetables. Fry over high heat, turning occasionally, for 10 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Wash basil, dab dry and remove leaves and fold into the vegetables.

    Arrange on preheated plates. You can also serve a parboiled whole grain rice, which takes 20 minutes to prepare.
