Side dishes: Crunchy wok vegetables

Ingredients

  • 500 g White or pointed cabbage
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1⁄2 Mango
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Peanut oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean and peel or wash cabbage, spring onions, carrots and mango. Cut everything into strips. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and wash.

    Chop chili. Roast sesame seeds in hot oil in a wok, remove. Stir-fry vegetables, mango and chilli in the wok for 5-8 minutes, season. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
