Peel, wash and thinly slice the celery, turnip and potatoes. Mix cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place the vegetables in flakes in a greased casserole dish. Pour cream over it and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 hour until golden brown. Garnish with parsley bouquets
