Ingredients

  • 250 g Ostrich filet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 25 g sliced parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Wash the ostrich meat, dab dry, form into a roll with the help of foil and freeze. Slice very thinly with a slicer, place them side by side on plates, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle with parmesan.
