Peel kiwis, mandarins and bananas and cut them into slices. Wash, clean and quarter apples and pears. Cut out the core and slice the fruit into thin slices. Mix lemon juice, liquid sweetener and fruit sugar.
Marinate fruits with it. Arrange on 4 plates. Serve with one scoop of vanilla ice cream each. Decorate with peppermint as desired
