Wash, clean and stone the cherries. Mix the starch with a little nectar until smooth. Boil up the rest of the nectar and sugar, add the cherries and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in starch and simmer for 1 minute. Let it cool down. For the soup, peel 2 bananas, puree with lemon juice.
Add milk and mix in with the blender. Add sauce powder and puree everything again. Peel 1 banana and cut into slices. Serve the soup with banana slices and compote. Serve with biscuits
