  • 2 Camembert (125 g each)
  • 75 g Fresh cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON soft butter
  • 2 small onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 4 Chive straws

Directions

    Knead camembert, crème fraîche and butter with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Peel onions and cut 1 onion into fine cubes. Add onion cubes to the cheese and season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Cut 1 onion and chives into thin rings. Arrange Obazter in a bowl and garnish with onion rings, chives and paprika powder. Lye pastry tastes good with it.
