Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Pistachio kernels
  • 1 TEASPOON Sesame seed
  • 1 TEASPOON Coriander seed
  • 2 Avocados
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nut bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Coarsely crush pistachios, sesame seeds and coriander seeds in a mortar. Cut avocados in half, remove the core, remove the flesh from the skin. Cut the flesh into slices. Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice.

    Cover breads with avocado and sprinkle with spice topping. Season breads with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
