Nut balls and figs on salad

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 1 large oak leaf salad
  • 3-4 ripe figs
  • 50-75 g Walnut kernels
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 3-4 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, possibly sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil (e.g. walnut oil)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Cranberries (in own juice)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash, shake dry and pluck salad bite-sized. Wash and clean the figs and cut into slices. Finely chop nuts

    Shape the cream cheese into balls with a ball cutter or use two moistened teaspoons to cut off small cams and roll them in the walnuts

  3. 3

    Beat vinegar with salt, pepper and oil. Add cranberries or some sugar. Arrange prepared salad ingredients on plates. Drizzle with marinade and garnish with parsley
