Noodles with turkey and nut sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Noodles (spirals)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1-2 red chillies
  • 75 g ground hazelnuts
  • 350 g Turkey Breast
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 200 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and chilli pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes and drain. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash the chilli and cut into fine rings. Roast the nuts in a dry pan and take them out.

    Wash the turkey breast, dab dry and cut into small cubes. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Brown the meat in it. Sauté garlic and chilli. Add the noodles and fry briefly.

    Add fat and hazelnuts and toss the noodles in it. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep the noodles warm. Peel onion and chop finely. Beat 2 tablespoons of oil and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Stir in the onion. Clean, wash and drain the lamb's lettuce. Mix the lamb's lettuce with the marinade. Arrange noodles on plates. Garnish with parsley and chilli. Serve with lamb's lettuce.
