Pasta salad with Parma ham

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 500 g small pasta shells
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 potty Basil
  • 500 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 16 discs Parma ham

Directions

    Defrost the peas. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean romaine lettuce, cut into strips from the stalk and wash. Pluck basil leaves from the stalks, wash and pat dry. Mix yoghurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Drain the pasta. Add the pasta, tomatoes, peas, romaine lettuce and basil. Except for a little garnish, mix and fold in the salad dressing. Let the salad steep for about 30 minutes. Shortly before serving, cut ham slices into thirds and fold in. Garnish with basil
