Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, cut the bacon into small pieces. Halve olives, remove seeds and cut into slices. Clean and wash rocket, cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice parmesan.
Leave the bacon crispy in 1 tablespoon of hot olive oil. Add remaining olive oil. Toss the pasta in it. Fold in rocket, olives and parmesan. Season with salt and serve
