Noodles with spinach sauce and chicken filet

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 package (450 g) young spinach, finely chopped
  • 125 ml cooking cream (15 % fat)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Instant vegetable stock
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Chicken filet
  • 300 g ribbon noodles
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add spinach and pour in cooking cream. Bring to the boil, stir in broth and season with salt and pepper.

    Simmer at low heat for about 12 minutes.

    Wash the meat, dab dry. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated pan. Fry the fillet for 5-6 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    Drain the mozzarella and cut into cubes. Drain the pasta and let it drain. Season sauce again. Mix pasta with sauce and mozzarella. Cut meat into slices. Arrange everything together.
