Spaghetti with fried chorizo and egg cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 1–2 Garlic cloves
  • 150 g Chorizo Sausage
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Pour into a sieve and drain. Peel and chop the onion. Peel garlic and chop finely. Cut sausage into thin slices.

    Whisk eggs and cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add onion and garlic and fry in it. Add the sausage, fry briefly. Wash parsley, shake dry and cut into fine strips.

    Add the noodles and parsley to the pan and heat briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Pour egg milk over it, heat up briefly at low heat. Arrange in small bowls, sprinkle with pepper and garnish with parsley leaves.
