Peel and finely dice the shallot and garlic. Clean and wash the bell peppers and cut them into fine strips. Heat the oil and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add shallots, garlic and paprika and fry them.
Add Ajvar and add 350 ml water. Bring to the boil, stir in the stock and simmer for about 10 minutes over a mild heat. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain beans, rinse and drain.
Add the beans to the minced meat sauce, heat up and season with salt and pepper. Drain the noodles, let them drain and mix into the minced meat sauce. Coarsely chop the pistachios and sprinkle over them.
