Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and slice the onions. Wash and clean the chilli and cut into rings. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for approx. 8 minutes, turning it over. After about 5 minutes add onions and chilli. Stir in spinach and cheese. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg. Drain the pasta and put it back into the pot.
Add the sauce and mix in.
