Spaghetti with turkey bolognese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Turkey Breast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 heaped Tsp tomato paste
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 400 g Spaghetti Noodles
  • 4 Stem(s) Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan cheese chips

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat in it for about 10 minutes, turning it several times. Remove from the pan and let it cool down a little. Pluck the meat into pieces with the help of 2 forks, possibly chop roughly.

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté onion for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and steam for about 1 minute. Stir in tomato paste and sweat it.

    Add tomatoes and meat, season with salt and pepper, bring to the boil, cover and simmer at low heat for about 30 minutes.

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the basil, shake dry and remove the leaves. Chop half finely and add to the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Drain the pasta, let it drain. Mix pasta and sauce and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with parmesan and the rest of the basil.
