Tagliatelle with prawns

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 glass (314 ml) roasted red pepper
  • 400 g Noodles (e.g. tagliatelle)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g raw prawns ready to cook
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese
  • 8 Stem(s) Basil

Directions

    Peel onion and garlic and dice very finely. Pour paprika into a sieve, drain well and cut into wide strips. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet

    Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the prawns and fry for 2-3 minutes, turning. Add onion, garlic and paprika, fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with lemon juice, cream and stock, bring to the boil and simmer for about 2 minutes

    In the meantime grate the Parmesan very finely. Wash the basil, shake dry and cut into fine strips. Season shrimps in cream with salt and pepper again. Mix in half of the basil

    Pour the pasta into a sieve, drain briefly and put it back into the pot. Pour shrimp sauce over it, mix. Arrange on plates sprinkled with remaining basil and parmesan
