Noodle pan with beef strips and celery

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Celery
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander
  • 500 g Beef hip steak
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 150 ml Meat broth (instant)
  • 5-6 Tbsp Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet

    Clean, wash and thinly slice the celery. Wash the coriander, dab dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat oil in a large, coated pan. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes.

    Add the celery to the meat and fry for another 2 minutes. Drain the pasta and let it drain. Deglaze meat with stock and chilli sauce, bring to the boil, fold in noodles and coriander. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli sauce
