Noodle soup with dumplings and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 Courgettes (about 150 g)
  • 1/2 bunch (approx. 100 g) Spring onions
  • 1 (approx. 50 g) Tomato
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Bag of noodle soup with semolina and beef dumplings

Directions

    Clean and wash the zucchini, spring onions and tomato. Cut the zucchini into slices. Cut spring onions into pieces and partly into fine rings. Cut tomato into eighths and remove seeds. Heat oil in a pot and steam the vegetables in it at medium heat for about 3 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with 600 ml water and bring to the boil. Stir in the contents of the bag, cover and cook over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Season to taste again and serve.
