Noodle pan with smoked pork and savoy cabbage

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 200 g Spiral noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Savoy cabbage
  • 1 Onion
  • 300 g detached pork chop
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 125 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean, wash and cut the cabbage into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the smoked pork, dab dry and cut into cubes.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the smoked pork on all sides. Add onion and cabbage, pour on broth and cook for about 8 minutes. Mix mustard and crème fraîche. Drain the noodles and fold into the cabbage pan.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fold in crème fraîche and heat up briefly. Arrange on plates.
