  • 1 Honeydew melon (approx. 500 g)
  • 3 (approx. 300 g) Nectarines
  • 7-10 Tbsp 2 bananas (approx. 300 g)
  • 200 ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Core, peel and dice the honeydew melon. Wash and halve the nectarines and remove the stone. Roughly dice the fruit. Peel bananas and cut into pieces. Put the fruits with coconut milk and lemon juice in a blender and puree finely.

    Pour into jars.
