Ingredients

  • 300 g Cherries
  • 300 g Currants
  • 100 g Blackberries
  • 300 g Raspberries
  • 1 (20 g) Bag of gelling powder with pectin from apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 400 g Agave syrup
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

    Cherries wash, pit. Wash the currants, remove from the panicles. Washing blackberries, picking raspberries. Cut fruits very finely

    Mix pectin and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Boil up agave syrup, lemon juice, jelly powder and fruits according to package instructions in a pot while stirring. Boil for at least 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Pour immediately into clean, tightly sealed jars. Place on the lid for approx. 5 minutes, turn upside down again
