Muesli Quarkart with berries

Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 75 g Butter
  • 50 ml Maple syrup
  • 250 g Fruit muesli
  • 2 sheets Gelatine
  • 400 g Low-fat curd
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated zest of 1 organic lemon
  • 175 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Raspberries
  • 75 g Gooseberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Put butter and maple syrup in a pot and bring to the boil, mix with muesli and press into a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) as a base. Keep cold for at least 1 hour.

    Soak gelatine in cold water. Mix the quark, sugar and lemon peel. Whip the cream with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff. Squeeze the gelatine, dissolve and mix with 4 tbsp. quark, then stir into the remaining quark.

    Carefully fold in the cream. Spread the cream on the muesli base and chill for at least 1 hour.

    Wash and clean the strawberries, drain and chop them, and sort out the raspberries. Gooseberries wash, clean and drain well. Remove the tart from the tin and place on a cake plate.

    Spread the berries, except for a few raspberries, on the tart. Mash the remaining raspberries finely with a fork and drizzle over the berries.
