Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 6–7 Kiwis
  • 1 Lime
  • 30 g demerara sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice moulds and sticks

Directions

    Peel kiwis. Squeeze the lime. Cut a kiwi into thin slices. Puree the remaining kiwis, lime juice and sugar.

    Line ice moulds with kiwi slices. Pour in fruit puree and place in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. Press the ice cream sticks into the centre of the ice cream. Let the ice cream freeze for at least 3 hours.
