Roast the grated coconut in a pan without fat until golden brown. Take out and let cool down. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Heat half the butter in a large pan. Fry 6 banana halves in it for about 2 minutes on each side.
Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add 1 1/2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp lime juice. Process the remaining bananas in the same way in the remaining butter.
Spread banana halves on 4 plates and sprinkle with some honey stock. Spread 2 tbsp. grated coconut on the bananas. Turn vanilla ice cream in remaining grated coconut and arrange on the plates.
