Melt the fat. Mix flour and baking powder. Mix eggs, sugar, fat and flour-mix with the whisk of the hand mixer to a smooth dough
Wash, clean and quarter 400 g strawberries and fold into the dough. Spread the dough onto greased oven-proof glasses (approx. 150 ml each)
Sprinkle the surface with some sugar and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ circulating air: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown (stick test). Wash, clean and halve the remaining strawberries. Decorate the cakes with them. Serve cold or warm
