Mozzarella-tomato salad with basil-garlic oil

Ingredients

  • 1 collar Basil
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 3-4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 carton pack (160 g; weight loss 125 g) Mozzarella cheese balls
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 20 g Radish sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves

Directions

    Wash basil, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop coarsely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Puree garlic, basil and oil with a blender. Season with salt and pepper.

    Drain the mozzarella balls on a sieve. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Wash sprouts and drain. Mix the salad ingredients with the basil-garlic oil and fill into a small bowl on lettuce leaves as desired.

    Ciabatta bread tastes good with it.
