Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms, cucumber and tomatoes. Clean and wash the salad. Drain mozzarella and cut into wide strips. Wash basil and dab dry.
Drizzle olive oil on the slices of bread. Cover with tomatoes, basil leaves and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Bake under the preheated grill of the oven for 2-3 minutes. Arrange mushrooms, salad, cucumber and bread on plates.
