Minute gyros with coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 300 g Minute Steak
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TEASPOON Cumin, ground
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oregano, dried
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 250 g pointed or jaroma cabbage
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White balsamic
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lime juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Dill, chopped
  • 1 Tomato
  • 100 g Cucumber

Directions

    Cut the minute steaks crosswise into narrow strips. Peel the garlic and press 1 clove into it. Add cumin, oregano and 1/2 tbsp. oil and mix everything well.

    Wash and clean the cabbage and cut into thin strips. Add the remaining garlic. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, lime juice, 1 tablespoon of oil and dill to taste. Season with salt and pepper and knead briefly with your hands.

    Wash and dice the tomatoes, removing the stalk. Wash and chop the cucumber. Mix both with the remaining vinegar and 1/2 tbsp. oil, salt and pepper.

    Heat the remaining oil in the pan and fry the meat for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper

    Arrange the coleslaw on two plates. Arrange the tomato-cucumber-mix beside it. Sprinkle the meat over the salad and serve the gyros
