Ingredients

  • 3 kg triggered lean pork neck
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Mustard
  • 4 TABLESPOONS dried marjoram
  • 2 TABLESPOONS dried thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 large skewers

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into large cubes (approx. 8 cm). Mix mustard, marjoram and thyme and season vigorously with salt and pepper. Mix the meat with the mustard and cover and leave to cool overnight.

    Place the meat cubes close together on two skewers. Grill the skewers on the hot grill, turning them several times for about 30 minutes.
