Ingredients

  • 3 large onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 750 g Mixed minced tmeat
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 (75 g) Cup of skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Gyros spice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 150 g Feta cheese
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 potty Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves and lemon corners
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Peel and finely chop 1 onion and garlic. Knead with minced meat, egg and yoghurt. Season with giros spice and salt. Form 6 oval steaks. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes.

    Peel remaining onions and cut into rings. Crumble feta cheese and mix with crème fraiche. Spread 8 pieces of aluminium foil with oil. Spread tomatoes and onion rings on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread cheese cream over it. Wash the thyme, pluck off the leaves and sprinkle over it. Grill the minced steaks and tomato packets on a hot grill for 10-15 minutes. Turn the steaks from time to time.
