Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 discs Toastbrot (á 30 g)
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 600 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + 1 tsp oil
  • 200 g frozen princess beans
  • 1 can(s) (1062 ml) Corncob
  • 3 Branches of rosemary
  • 80 g Shallots

Directions

  1. 1

Remove the crusts from toast and soak in cold water. Meanwhile peel onion and 1 clove of garlic. Chop the onion finely. Press garlic through a garlic press. Squeeze the toast.

  2. 2

Knead toast, minced meat, egg, onion, garlic and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper. Form 8 minced steaks from the mincing mixture. Heat oil in a grill pan and fry the minced steaks on each side for about 8 minutes.

  3. 3

Heat a little salt water in another pan and cook the beans for 7 minutes until the water has evaporated. In the meantime, cut the corncobs into slices. Wash the rosemary and dab dry.

  4. 4

Peel and possibly halve the shallots. Lightly crush 2 cloves of garlic with the ball of your hand. Remove the beans and keep them warm. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in the same pan. Add shallots, corn wheels, crushed garlic clove and rosemary and fry vigorously.

  5. 5

Season with salt. Arrange everything together and garnish with rosemary if desired. Rice tastes good with it.
