Apple-horseradish ragout with smoked pork

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Apples (about 500 g)
  • 400 g tripped chop of Kasseler
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 3/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Horseradish (from the jar)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano

Directions

    Wash apples, quarter them, remove seeds and cut them into pieces. Cut the cured pork loin into small cubes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into rings. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the meat in it. Add apples and spring onions, fry briefly.

    Dust with flour. Deglaze with broth and simmer for about 4 minutes. Stir in horseradish and cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano. Garnish with oregano. Boiled potatoes taste good with it
