Marinated turkey escalope with Brussels sprouts

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Bag of onion soup (gourmet style; for 0.75 l liquid)
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 4 Turkey escalope (approx. 175 g each)
  • 750 g Brussels sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 30 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Mix onion soup powder, cream and milk. Wash the meat, dab dry, place in an ovenproof dish and pour on the onion cream. Bake the meat in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 40 minutes.

    In the meantime, clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and cook in boiling salted water for 20-25 minutes. Dice the bacon and leave it out in a pan. Drain the brussels sprouts and add the diced bacon. Serve the casserole garnished with parsley and add the Brussels sprouts.
