Minced skewers on paprika vegetables

Ingredients

  • 100 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • several sheets flat leaf parsley
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 100 g red, yellow and green peppers
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Tomato
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh or dried thyme
  • 2 Kebabs

Directions

    Knead the mince and curd. Season with salt and pepper. Peel onion and cut into slices. Form 6 small balls out of the minced mass. Put them alternately with the onion and parsley on two skewers and fry them in hot oil all around for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and cut them into strips. Peel garlic and dice finely.

    Remove the skewers from the pan. Steam paprika and garlic in frying oil for about 8 minutes. Wash, clean and slice the tomato. Pluck the fresh thyme leaves from the stalks. Mix tomatoes and thyme into the paprika vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add skewers to the vegetables and warm up again
