Fresh vegetable plate with Kasseler cold cuts

Ingredients

  • 400 g French beans
  • 1 (approx. 800 g) small head cauliflower
  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g Carrots
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 100 g ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 160 g Kasseler cold cuts

Directions

    Clean and wash the beans. Clean and wash the cauliflower and cut off the florets. Peel and wash potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Cook cauliflower for about 18 minutes, beans for about 15 minutes in boiling salted water. Peel, wash and slice the carrots and add them to the cauliflower 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. In the meantime, wash parsley, dab dry and chop.

    Mix sour cream and season to taste with salt, nutmeg and pepper. Arrange vegetables and cured pork on a plate. Pour a little dip over the vegetables. Serve sprinkled with parsley and garnished. Serve the rest of the dip extra
