Minced meat omelette with grapes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 50 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g green grapes
  • 3 Stem(s) Lemon balm
  • 250 g Bean sprouts
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 200 ml light grape juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Mix milk, eggs and flour. Season with salt. Allow to swell a little. For the filling, wash the grapes, pluck, halve and core them. Wash lemon balm (put something aside for garnishing) and cut into strips.

    Wash the sprouts and let them drip off. Peel and chop the onions. Heat the fat and sauté the onions. Add minced meat, fry well. Also add grapes and sprouts. Season with salt and pepper.

    Mix the ketchup and grape juice and pour over it. Let everything boil for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fry 4 pancakes one after the other in hot oil, keep warm immediately.

    Fill the pancakes with the mince mixture and serve. Serve sprinkled with lemon balm and garnished.
