Ingredients

  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Nut oil
  • 40 g Popcorn Corn
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup
  • 1 Papaya
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 30 g Almonds with skin
  • 30 g Hazelnut kernels with skin
  • 40 g corn flakes

Directions

    Heat as much oil in a pot or pan so that the bottom is just covered with it. Add the corn grains, place the lid of the pot or pan on top and turn off the heat. Wait until the popcorn jumps. Pour maple syrup over it and let it cool down. Halve, peel and core the papaya.

    Peel and chop the kiwis. Coarsely chop almonds and nuts. Mix popcorn, cornflakes and nuts. Serve with the fruit. Add cold milk
