Breakfast muesli with yoghurt

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 Apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Raisins
  • 100 g Wholegrain oat flakes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS crushed hazelnuts
  • 300 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sea buckthorn juice (with fructose)

Directions

    Wash the apple, quarter it, core it and cut it into pieces. Wash the raisins, dab dry. Mix with oat flakes, hazelnuts and apple pieces. Divide the yoghurt into 2 bowls and add the muesli.

    Pour 2 tablespoons of sea buckthorn juice over each.
