Breakfast waffles with bacon and fried egg

Ingredients

  • 50 g Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1 collar Radishes (approx. 8 pieces)
  • 9 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 g ripened cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Salt
  • 8 discs Bacon (à approx. 10 g)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Grate cheese. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Wash the radishes. Halve half of the radishes, cut the remaining radishes into slices

    Separate 1 egg. Beat the egg yolk, milk, sour cream and oil with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and stir into the egg milk. Work into a smooth dough. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold the beaten egg whites, cheese and chives into the dough

    Grease the heart-shaped wafer iron (15.5 cm Ø). Bake 4 waffles one after the other and keep warm in the oven

    In the meantime, spread oil on the pan and heat it up. Fry bacon in portions until crisp and keep warm as well. Heat 1 tbsp. butter in 2 pans. Put 4 eggs into each pan and fry them until they are fried. Season with salt. Arrange 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of bacon and radishes on 1 waffle. Garnish with chives
