Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 seedless watermelon
  • 2 Sugar melons (e.g. Charentais and orange melon)
  • 6 Stem/s Orange liqueur (e.g. Cointreau)

Directions

    Halve melons, remove seeds. Cut out balls from the flesh with a ball cutter. 1⁄4 of the melon balls aside for the aperitif.

    Wash the mint, remove the leaves and mix with the melon balls. Sprinkle with orange liqueur and let it steep for about 1 hour.
