Melon and grape in vodka

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Watermelon (about 1650 g)
  • 500 g green grapes
  • 100 ml Aperol
  • 100 ml Vodka

Directions

    Cut out small balls from the melon flesh with a ball cutter. Remove the seeds. Pluck the grapes from the stalks, wash and drain well. Prick berries several times. Layer melon and grapes in a large glass. Put the remaining melon flesh with the juice on a sieve and squeeze it out with a spoon.

    Mix melon juice with aperol. Pour over the fruit. Fill with vodka until the fruit is covered. Close the container. Put the fruit in a cool place for a few days and let it soak. Then serve them filled with sparkling wine, for example
