Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 1 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 3 Onions
  • 3 Basil pots
  • 750 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 750 g Giant mushrooms
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 20 g clarified butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon corners
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

  1. 1

Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and chop the onions. Wash and chop 2 pots of basil. Knead minced meat, onions, squeezed out roll, basil and egg. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

  2. 2

Shape the meatloaf and place it on an oiled tray. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 ° C/ gas: level 3) for about 50 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and cut the mushrooms into thick slices.

  3. 3

Peel and slice the garlic. Wash lemon thoroughly, grate peel, squeeze juice. Wash the rest of the basil and, except for a few leaves for garnishing, cut into fine strips.

  4. 4

Heat the lard in a pan. Sauté garlic in it. Add the mushrooms and fry over a high heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, basil, lemon peel and juice. Serve the roast and vegetables garnished with lemon wedges and retained basil leaves.
