Mix minced meat with egg and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a coated pan. Form two meatballs from the beef mixture. Fry in the pan for 15 minutes, turning.
In the meantime, wash the lettuce leaves and dab dry. Clean and wash the celery and cut into rings. Wash, clean and slice the tomato. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop.
Arrange meatballs with vegetables on a plate. Sprinkle parsley over celery.
