Ingredients

  • 2 discs Toast
  • 2 Federation Spring onions
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1 kg mixed minced meat
  • 2 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 l Tomato Ketchup
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 375 g Mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon peel

Directions

    Soak bread in water. Clean, wash and cut 1 bunch of spring onions into rings. Put some green aside for garnishing. Remove seeds from chillies, wash and cut into rings. Knead the minced meat, eggs, crushed bread, spring onions and chillies.

    Season with salt, cayenne pepper and paprika. Form minced dough into a loaf and place it on the oiled fat pan of the oven. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 hour. In the meantime, mix ketchup and mayonnaise, season with cayenne pepper. Clean and wash the mushrooms, peppers and remaining spring onions. Cut spring onions and bell peppers into pieces. Halve the mushrooms. Heat the fat in a pot. Brown the mushrooms, add the spring onions and peppers and also fry them. Season with salt and pepper.
